Always - Social Mission
This was a Social Mission project that I did with Holly Acklom, where we chose to help support young girls who start their periods and don't understand what is going on. This is a product that parents would buy for their child but would keep it in a cupboard until the fateful day arrived. Instead of being greeted with scary life changing stories, you are instead greeted with a personalised present from the Monthly Fairy who is there to help guide you and support you through these changes. They may seem rather scary, but they don't have to be.
The box would contain: always pads, small bottles of bubble bath, a small hot water bottle for your stomach pains, tissues for when you're feeling weepy, a small notebook filled with information about what is happening, and sachets of hot chocolate.
